Course Description

Just five miles east of Barnsley, you will find Sandhill Golf Club, home to one of the finest courses in the region. It opened in 1993, after being constructed to specific designs by John Royston. It is a part-wooded parkland course with many wide fairways and some exceptionally tricky holes, including the par-3 7th. The 406 yard par-4 11th is also a real corker, with a dog-leg right that big-hitters will try to cut by playing across the Out Of Bounds.

Measuring 6035 yards from the yellow tee on the first to the pin on the eighteenth, it is a real challenge as the par of 71 suggests.
