Course Description

Caldew golf course is known locally as the Dalston golf course, given that it is located in the town of the same name and is on the grounds of the Dalston Hall Hotel. Due to its location, it is exceptionally popular with visitors, tourists and corporate groups who use the hotel's facilities.

A nine-hole course, which can be played as eighteen - as such it has additional tees to avoid repetition and increase the originality of each hole - it spreads over 5294 yards, so it is not the longest course in the area, but as a result it demands good club knowledge to avoid over-hitting on some of the comparatively shorter par 4s. Its fairways are lush and the greens are of the highest order.
